Getting Started
- Track your daily pushups using the counter buttons (+1, +5, +10)
- Use the plank timer to track your hold time - your best time of the day is saved
- Your daily pushup goal increases progressively toward 40 by summer (June 21)
- Plank targets start at 15 seconds and increase by 2 seconds each day
Building Your Streak
- Complete at least one pushup OR one plank hold each day to maintain your streak
- Your progress is automatically saved to your browser's local storage
- Check the dashboard to see your averages and progress toward your goal
Privacy
All data is stored locally in your browser. Nothing is sent to any server. If you clear your browser data, your workout history will be lost.
